Nobody defines the words success, sexy, and passion better than Katrina Campins. She is a go-getter; an ambitious girl with the intelligence of an entrepreneur and the looks of a model. Katrina is the founder of the Campins company, which sells real estate to famous athletes, moguls, and celebrities. She has been featured in shows such as The Apprentice (first season), which gave her the chance to work with the famous entrepreneur Donald Trump. Then, we got the chance to get to know her better on a more personal level in the sexy show Miami Social.

DL: Katrina how did you get started in the real estate industry and what made you specialize in athletes and celebrities?
“My career in real estate began when I flipped my first investment property at the age of 17. Licensed at the age of eighteen, I garnered my first six-figure commission check while still a college student. I launched the Campins in 2004 and constructed an ‘A’ list roster of clientele consisting of celebrities, athletes and entrepreneurs. Since 2005, I’ve personally represented over 355 athletes and/or entertainers in this capacity. In total, Campins sales production has exceeded $750 million since the launch,” added Katrina.
DL : Please explain to our readers what is the Campins Company and what goals do you have for your company?
“Campins is the premier boutique real estate brokerage firm in South Florida, delivering the ultimate level of service and marketing expertise to the luxury residential real estate market in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. In addition, we have carved out a large niche in our practice of assisting athletes and entertainers with their nationwide real estate needs by partnering with other realtors to form The Campins Clique, our proprietary nationwide luxury broker network. Our excellent reputation in the industry and referrals from existing clients are the foundation upon which our company is built. My business and I founded Campins in 2004,” said Katrina.

“My new television show on The Stye Network along with expanding Campins worldwide to include top real estate agents around the word is my main focus,” added Katrina.
DL: Describe a day in the life of Katrina Campins.“Oh boy! Every day is an adventure! The people who meet me along the way tell me “You realize your life is a BIG adventure! You just can’t script the things that happen in your life!” I just live and enjoy the ride so I don’t know any different,” added Katrina.

“Inner Peace is the foundation for my success. There is such freedom in being comfortable in your own skin and embracing yourself entirely. I also believe there is a responsibility once you’re successful to help others reach the best version of themselves,” said Katrina.
DL: How challenging is it to get away from business and maintain a normal personal life?
“I’m human, so it’s a work in progress,” added katrina.
DL: After all the struggles Miami had with the real estate market, how do you see the market now? Should we be optimistic about the way things are changing in the market?
“It’s really interesting now – South Florida is driving the real estate recovery throughout the entire nation. There still is a lack of inventory in the market, and that’s fueling the market and making prices go up. What’s challenging is, presently, we have so many buyers and we’re just not able to find that right property for them because of the lack of inventory,” added Katrina.
