Fashionably Conscious, the beloved vintage designer sale, held its 10th anniversary event in the Miami Design District. The annual fundraiser offers discounted pricing on gently used designer goods straight from the closets of Miami’s most respected philanthropists.
The charity sale event attracted shoppers from all over South Florida looking to get their hands on accessibly priced Prada, Chanel, Chloe, Jimmy Choo, Gucci and more.
A curated selection and more…
This year’s event took on a whole new format, featuring a curated selection of gently used designer handbags and statement accessories, at discounted prices with various price cuts throughout the evening.
All proceeds benefitted one of South Florida’s longest standing non-profits, Coconut Grove Cares’ The Barnyard, which offers essential unrestricted funds to hundreds of children in the West Grove Community.
Fashionably Conscious & the generous support
The stylish soirée drew the generous support of sponsors and donors including KARLA Events, Codina Family, Neiman Marcus and Terranova as well as the sales’ angels and host committee who donated cash and clothing for the sale.
Angels this year included Darlene Perez, Natasha Lowell, Ali Codina, Ana Codina Barlick, Andria Miyares, Ava Napoleon, Betty Chapman, Chris and Kolleen Cobb, Conchy and Tony Argiz, Debi Hoffman, Evangeline Delgado, Lisa Charriff-Better, The Fashionista Boutique and more, who cleaned out their closets to fill the couture inventory.
Founded in 1948, Coconut Grove Cares’ The Barnyard Community Center offers free vital services to the children and families of the historic West Grove community. As its primary fundraiser, Fashionably Conscious offers essential unrestricted funds to support its summer camp and after-school programs.
