We are sad that Miami Swim Week 2016 said good-bye, but trends remain and here in our very own magic city we have beach season all year round, so let’s talk about swimwear fashion. Among our favorite fashion shows this year was Runway Australia, presented by Amee Boers Fashion Agency (ABFA), a Sydney based Fashion Brand Consultancy specializing in Australian Swim and focusing on selling to the USA and to Europe.
The show was hosted at the 1 Hotel, South Beach on Collins Avenue and presented two of Australia’s elite swimwear brands: Jewels & Grace and Allerton.

Estamos tristes que “Miami Swim Week 2016” dijo adiós, pero las tendencias permanecen y aquí en nuestra ciudad mágica tenemos temporada de playa todo el año, así que continuemos hablando de trajes de baños y su moda. Dentro de nuestros favoritos este año estuvo Runway Australia, una marca de moda con sede en Sydney especializada en ropa de baño australiana que centra sus ventas en los EE.UU. y Europa.

Allerton opened the fashion presentation featuring sporty looks with exclusive light reflective prints along with very chic black and white pieces and unforgettable nautical stripe designs, pieces that never go out of style.

Jewels + Grace closed the show with a fresh collection where sculpted lines became the modern classic. The palette of color was blue, black, and white along with playful prints herald sprightly hues of tangerine and bottle green. We fell in love with the beach cover up pants, the perfect street style outfit for an “it girl” and must have for the season!

La paleta de colores fue: azul, blanco y negro junto con estampados juguetones en tonos vivos como el mandarina y verde botella. Nos enamoramos de los pantalones “cover-up”, el perfecto “street style” para una chica Miamense… un must-have para la temporada!

Both brands spotted summer shoe trends from Forever 21’s current collection, complementing the brand looks. We heard that was a way of paying tribute to the recent partnership that both brands have with Forever 21.
