At any point in time in Miami, you’ll find one or more of pool parties, nightclub affairs, music festivals, art events and fashion shows on display; there is never a dull moment out here, and this gives residents and tourists a myriad of activities to choose from… as well as good reason to showcase stunning fashion.
Social media influencers are on course for another winning year in 2019 as their influence continues to wax strong in terms of the latest trends and gossip. About the former, if you’re a fashionista, you probably rely on social media influencers to get the low-down on the newest fashion trends. You can easily access this gist by logging on to Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest.
Because we like to be on the cutting edge of fashion trends, we have done our homework and come up with our favourite trends for the year 2019.
These trends are fun, fearless and for our true fashionistas, they’re sure to have you showing up lit at your parties or events this spring break. Be you a local or a tourist, these trends are sure to keep you in style. Check them out below!
1- Neutrals
The great thing about neutral colours is their gender neutrality. These colours work for both guys and girls, and they work for whichever event you plan to attend. Whether it’s to the beach or in the city, these colours are sure to make a fantastic fashion statement on you. Our favourites are the Monochromatic neutral outfits; these are sure to be a huge hit this season.

Aunque se producen una sola vez al año para el resto del mundo, aquí en nuestra ciudad de Miami, es un asunto de 365 días– en cualquier momento uno se encuentra en ‘pool parties’, discotecas, festivales de música, eventos artísticos y desfiles de moda porque siempre están en display (todo un Spring-Break, pero el año completo).
En Miami nunca hay un día aburrido; esto nos da a los residentes y turistas gran variedad de actividades para elegir y una buena razón para mostrar la moda en todo su esplendor.
Les cuento que los influyentes de las redes sociales están en camino a otro año ganador, en lo que va del 2019, ya que su influencia continúa aumentando en cuanto a tendencias de moda y chismes de celebridades, se trata–probablemente te encuentras siguiendo varios influyentes en las redes sociales para conocer las últimas tendencias—ya que es tan fácil tener acceso a esta información a través de Instagram, Facebook o Pinterest.
Y como a nosotros nos encanta estar a la vanguardia en materia de moda, ya hicimos nuestra tarea y tenemos nuestras tendencias favoritas para el 2019: son divertidas, audaces y nuestros “fashionistas” las podran mostrar con confianza en sus eventos importantes de esta temporada. 1- Neutrales
Lo bueno de los colores neutros es su neutralidad de género, quedan muy bien tanto en hombres como en mujeres, y funcionan para cualquier evento que estén planeando asistir; ya sea en la playa o en la ciudad. Nuestros outfits favoritos para esta temporada son los monocromáticos neutros– sabemos serán un gran hit este Spring Break.

2- Mixed Patterns
Mixed patterns can be a tricky proposition for some fashionistas, but it’s nothing you can’t pull off. You don’t need to be a professional fashion designer to rock this look. If you enjoy playing with colors, this look is for you. You can play it cool by showing up with a beautiful mix of color patterns. The trick is to maintain a palette of colors or make sure your favorite color is the centerpiece to tie all the colours together no matter how many patterns you mixed and viola, your outfit becomes one of the talking points of the season.
2- Patrones mixtos
Los patrones mixtos pueden ser una propuesta difícil para algunas fashionistas, pero no es nada que no se pueda lograr. No necesitas ser diseñador de moda para hacer esta tendencia funcione. Si te gusta jugar con colores, entonces este es el look para ti. El truco es mantener una paleta de colores o asegurar que tu color favorito sea la pieza central para unir todos demás colores, sin importar cuántos patrones hayas mezclado y viola, tu atuendo se convertirá en uno de los puntos de conversación donde quiera que estés.

3- Crochet
The crochet outfit could be your secret weapon this season. Crochet outfits have evolved into lethal fashion artillery, and they don’t have to be innocent and sweet anymore. We recommend you add some edge to your crochet outfit with some chic high heels and metallic jewellery and you will surely be spinning heads at pool parties this spring break.
3- Crochet
Tu vestido de crochet podría ser tu arma secreta esta temporada, ya que se ha convertido en toda una artillería de moda letal, y ya no tienen que ser inocentes y dulces. Te recomendamos que le des un toque muy chic a tu outfit con unas elegantes sandalias de tacón alto acompañadas de joyas metálicas (que están IN) y sentirás la mirada de la gente en esos ‘pools parties’ Miamenses.

4- Pale Blue
Blue is said to depict confidence, sincerity and stability; pale blue is a calm colour which exudes peaceful, positive vibes to the mind’s eye. It’s a beautiful colour.
A well-tailored short with a couture shirt or light jacket is sure to have you turning heads on the streets of Brickell or South Beach—don’t forget to leave a few buttons undone to give your outfit some of that effortless sexiness.
4- Azul Pálido
Se dice que el azul representa confianza, sinceridad y estabilidad; azul pálido es un color tranquilo que emana vibraciones pacíficas y positivas para la mente—definitivamente es un hermoso color.
Una bermuda o short corto bien confeccionado con un blazer de alta costura o una blusa ligera (en azul pálido, claro está), hará voltear cabezas en las calles de Brickell o South Beach. No olvides dejar algunos botones abiertos en tu blusa o blazer para agregar a tu atuendo un toque de sensualidad, pero sin esfuerzo.

5- Butterfly details
If butterflies are your thing, then this spring break is the perfect time to dust off those butterfly outfits you’ve been keeping for the “right time” in your wardrobe. From dresses to suits, jeans, short and t-shirts…there is nothing that won’t look good with butterfly detail outfits. This is the first time that you can wear all you have in one outfit. You’re sure to leave people with butterflies in their tummies this season.
5- Detalles de mariposas
Si las mariposas son lo tuyo, entonces este ‘Spring Break’ es el momento perfecto para quitarle el polvo a esos trajes de mariposa que has estado guardando en tu closet esperando el “momento adecuado”. Desde vestidos hasta trajes, jeans, pantalones cortos, camisetas y accesorios… no hay nada que no se vea bien con detalles de mariposa. Esta es la primera vez que puedes usar todo lo que tienes en un solo outfit. Te aseguro que dejarás a las personas con mariposas en sus abdómenes esta temporada.
