Paraiso Miami Beach: Luli Fama Swimwear, Agua Bendita Swimwear and Maaji Swimwear, brands moving forward – despite COVID-19

Hello, my Miami fashion people…here we are again (incredibly happy, by the way)! It seems the world of fashion in our city is beginning to resurface. As we have seen through social media, many companies and organizations have been improving, and even though some events were postponed or canceled, others have been adapting to the new measures and have moved forward, as is the case of the Paraiso Miami Beach organization and the swimwear brands that were featured – whom we applauded greatly for their persistency.

We have to say, it was a hugely different event from the previous ones, marked by social distancing and the new CDC updated measures and live streaming fashion shows!

Now, let’s talk about fashion and swimwear styles…

Top 3 Swimwear Brands

1-  Luli Fama Swimwear: ‘Diosa’ Fashion Show

Luli Fama Swimwear began its show with a charming, pre-recorded greeting from its founders, Luli and Augusto, and then delighted us with their “DIOSA” fashion show. The proposal on stage featured a mixture of striking colors that made proud our Latin women who were watching the show on the web. The highlight of the show was pieces in animal prints, but in a beautiful pallet of pastel colors – a perfect harmony of women’s sensuality, elegance, and empowerment. Among the trends were sensual details of braids and cut outs.

2- Agua Bendita Swimwear: Perfectly Balanced Earth Colors and More…

Agua Bendita Swimwear brought us its collection “Inspiring Resort 2021,” where the floral prints in pastel colors stood out, as well as predominating minimalistic pieces with perfectly balanced earth colors. The one-piece swimsuit was the star of the night, bringing elegance and class to our catwalks. Bikinis with high-waisted bottoms and tops with sleeves were other highlights of this brand that for years has been a favorite of our local people – and we see why.

3- Maaji Swimwear: Color Me Hot Pink!

Maaji Swimwear closed the Paraiso Miami Beach fashion show series with a proposal inspired by the sacred fauna. The collection showcased pieces with prints and solids designed in vibrant hot pink, accompanied by sport accessories such as sneakers, jean jackets and sport hats that gave a very fresh and youthful note to this presentation. The highlight of this collection was the one-piece swimsuit, but with long sleeves – super different for the beach, but also fascinating!

Do you think the one-piece swimsuit is displacing the bikini? Recently, we have seen a lot of celebrities posting their best curves on Instagram wearing this sleek and stylish swimsuit.

See you soon!
